●Membership fees are non-refundable for any reason whatsoever.
رسوم العضوية غير قابلة للاسترداد لأي سبب من الأسباب.
●Members must wear suitable clothing and shoes inside the training class.
يجب على الأعضاء ارتداء ملابس وأحذية مناسبة داخل حصة التدريب.
●Parents & companions are not permitted to enter the class; they can wait at the lobby.
لا يسمح للأهل والمرافقين من الدخول الى الحصة. الرجاء الانتظار في قاعة الانتظار.
●Students must be dropped off 5 minutes before class starts and picked up on time, Instructors and/or Academy Management cannot be held responsible for children not picked up on time.
على ولي أمر الطالب التأكد من وصول الطفل قبل 5 دقائق من بدء الحصة والمغادرة في الوقت المحدد بعد انتهاء الحصة، أن المدربين و / أو إدارة الأكاديمية غير مسؤولين عن الأطفال بعد انتهاء وقت الحصة
●Members must adhere to instructions and principles of personal hygiene. • Each student will be granted access to participate in all activities under the supervision and direction of the academy instructor/s. members must comply with the necessary instructions and regulations pertaining to the exercises and use of facilities.
يجب على الأعضاء الالتزام بالتعليمات ومبادئ النظافة الشخصية. على كل طالب يشارك في أي من فعاليات الأكاديمية و/أو الحصص التدريبية أن يتم بإشراف وتوجيه المدرب و/أو الأكاديمية. ويتعين على الأعضاء الالتزام بالتعليمات والقواعد المتعلقة بالتمارين واستخدام مرافق الأكاديمية. •
●The academy is not responsible for loss of any personal belongings.
الأكاديمية ليست مسؤولة عن فقدان أي من الممتلكات الشخصية للمشترك.
●The member must commit to and comply with all terms of the training contract.
يجب أن يلتزم العضو والامتثال لجميع شروط عقد التعليم و التدريب.
●Students are to come to class prepared and ready to learn, this means being respectful to instructors as well as other students and their properties, Management retains the right to accept and/or terminate and/or reject any membership contract, and is not obliged to provide a reason thereof. The member will not be entitled to any compensation, be it financial or any kind of compensation
على الطلاب الحضور إلى الحصة التدريبية بحيث يكون مستعد وجاهز للتعلم. هذا يعني أن یکون محترما للمعلمين، فضلا عن الطلاب الآخرين وادارة الأكاديمية وممتلكاتها، الإدارة تحتفظ بالحق في قبول و / أو إنهاء و / أو رفض أي عقد عضوية، وليست ملزمة لتقديم سبب لذلك. و لا يحق للعضو أي تعويض، سواء كانت مالية أو عينية.
●Members must silence their cell phones and do not enter another class while class is in progress
يجب على الأعضاء إغلاق هواتفهم الخليوية داخل الحصة وعدم الدخول الصفوف اخرى الا باذن من المدرب و اداره الأكاديمية.
●Freezing - تعليق (توقيف ) الاشتراك
SUSPENSION OF MEMBERSHIP ( FREEZING ) Freeze (suspension of membership) is not allowed for one month membership
Three-month membership and above may request suspension of membership as:
➢Three-month membership - once only
➢Six-month membership - twice only
➢Yearly membership - four times only
لا يجوز تعليق أو توقيف الاشتراك لمشتركي الشهر الواحد. يحق التعليق أو التوقيف لمشتركي الثلاثة أشهر فما فوق كالاتي:
➢• اشتراك الثلاثة أشهر - مرة واحدة فقط
➢ • اشتراك الستة أشهر - مرتين فقط
➢ • الاشتراك السنوي - أربع مرات فقط.
●Group Classes
○The academy has the right to change the program and/or class time as necessary.
○Classes are held for a minimum of five students or more.
○The academy has the right to change instructors within the duration of the course.
○الأكاديمية لها الحق في تغيير البرنامج و / أو وقت الحصة حسب الضرورة
○لا يتم عمل الحصة الا اذا تواجد خمسة طلاب على الأقل.
○الأكاديمية لها الحق في تغيير المدربين خلال مدة الدورة الواحدة و حسب الضرورة.
●Private Classes
○Duration of the class is 45- 55 minutes
○The private class can be canceled ahead by the member, but not less than 24-hour notice.
○If a class is canceled without observing the 24-hour notice, then the member forfeits that class.
○Time lost because of late arrival is taken from the time of the class.
○The management has the right to postpone class in the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergency
➢مدة الحصة الواحده هو 55 -45 دقيقة.
➢اذا اراد المشترك ألغاء الحصة فيجب إلغاء الحصة قبل موعد الحصة ب 24 ساعة على الأقل.
➢ الوقت الضائع من الحصة بسبب تأخير المشترك حتسب من وقت الحصة.
➢اللإدارة الحق في تأجيل الحصة في حالات الطوارئ

● I herby give up any right or claim and exempt Tempo Dance Academy from any responsibility, whether limited or accidental that may arise from this membership while using the facilities of the academy, and I hereby abide by the rules and regulation and I take full responsibility for risks without the right to claim compensation. • Member must abide by the rules and regulations of the academy and the common code of conduct prevailing in our society.
• انني اذ أنظم إلى عضوية أكاديمية تيمبو للرقص ، فانني أتنازل عن أي حق أو مطالبة وأعفي أكاديمية تيمبو للرقص من أي مسؤولية، سواء كانت محدودة أو طارئة قد تنشأ عن هذه العضوية أثناء استخدام مرافق الأكاديمية و/أو مشاركتي في الصفوف و الحصص التدريبية و/أو الفعاليات و الأنشطة المختلفة دون الزام الحق أو المطالبة بتعويض. • يجب على الطالب العضو) الالتزام و التقيد بتعليمات الأكاديمية، وأن لا يخالف النظام العام و الآداب العامة.

لا يجوز تعليق أو توقيف الاشتراك لمشتركي الشهر الواحد. يحق التعليق أو التوقيف لمشتركي الثلاثة أشهر فما فوق كالاتي:

●Group Classes

Privacy Policy
Data of purchaser collected like phone number. Emails, address might be used for sending emails, promotions, sending notifications and calls if needed.For purchasers outside Jordan, data might be shared with local authorities and/or our official travel agent representative in Jordan.
Delivery Policy & Method
After the payment transaction is successfully done, you will receive your E-voucher membership through email.E-voucher should be presented at the front desk before your first class, along a valid ID/passport to claim your membership.
